Had a very lovely stay with fantastic customer service at the heart & will be back. We thoroughly enjoyed this family-friendly hotel, nothing too much trouble. Its location was indeed marvellous and stunning and only 5 minutes walk from Great Orme Tramway.

The hotel had a central setting close to everything you need as a tourist. Got the same double room with a good view booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. - Our experience was enjoyable from the moment we checked in, would stay here again.
